I have lived in Southern Oregon for most of my life, I love this area and have remained to raise my family here. I enjoy traveling, but when I do I always find myself looking forward to returning home to the Rogue Valley.  My family moved to the Applegate Valley in 1975 and built a home surrounded by the vineyards and farms that make that area so picturesque. Growing up in a rural setting has fostered an appreciation for the multitude of outdoor activities this area has to offer.  I enjoy trekking and backpacking in the high country of the Marble mountains, Cascades, Russian and Trinity Alps.  I also enjoy cycling, rafting, snowboarding at Mt. Ashland and riding motorcycles. This region has the climate and the opportunity if you are active and enjoy the outdoors as I do.  I’ve spent most of my life in the Rogue Valley,  and have intimate knowledge of what makes this beautiful area so desirable with it’s very diverse multitude of communities.

Peter Brunner and Cynthia White founded Brunner and White in 1990, I was licensed and began working as an agent in 1999.  My parents sold the company to Pasi Vihavainen in 2004 and I continued to work and grow my clientele until the spring of 2013 when I took over as the acting Principal Broker. In early 2014, I bought the business and have been expanding my reach in this very diverse market.  I specialize in urban homes, town-homes and condominiums, rural residential and farms, 1031 exchange and investment, multi-units and apartment buildings.

I have over 15 years of experience and bring my creative mind, diligent negotiation, thorough process and attention to detail to bear for the Buyers and Sellers I have the pleasure of working with.  I enjoy most seeing how happy my clients are at the completion of a successful sale.  As a third generation Realtor, I truly enjoy my career path, the relationships it has fostered, and I look forward to working as your Realtor.
